Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: coloc\u00e1 el az\u00facar en una budinera y llevalo a fuego hasta formar el caramelo. Retir\u00e1 y mov\u00e9 el molde as\u00ed se pega el caramelo todo a su alrededor y dejalo enfriar. Coloc\u00e1 en la licuadora la crema de leche, el queso crema, la ricotta y licu\u00e1 hasta que todo se integre. Coloc\u00e1 esta preparaci\u00f3n en un recipiente, agreg\u00e1 la leche condensada, los 6 huevos y la esencia de vainilla. Mezcl\u00e1 muy bien todos los ingredientes con un batidor de alambre.<\/p>\n

Vertilo sobre el molde acaramelado y llevalo a horno a ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda a 170\u00ba C\u00a0 una hora aproximadamente.<\/p>\n

Pasado ese tiempo clavale un cuchillito, tiene que salir limpio. Retir\u00e1 el molde del horno, dejalo enfriar, y desmold\u00e1.<\/p>\n
